1 cup Epsom Salt

1/2 Cup Baking Soda

10-20 Drops of organic Essential Oil (your choice) eg: lavender, spruce, rosemary

1/4 Cup of dried herbs or Flowers (Optional)


In a  bowl, mix Epsom salt and baking soda together until combined.

Add 10-20 drops of your chosen essential oils. Adjust the amount based on your scent preference.

If using dried herbs or flower petals, add to the mix.

Stir the ingredients together to ensure an even distribution of salts, oils, and other additives.

Transfer the bath salt mixture into an airtight container or a sealed jar for storage.

This also makes it easy to scoop out the desired amount for each bath.

When you’re ready to use the bath salts, simply add a desired amount (usually 1/2 to 1 cup) to warm, running bathwater.

Allow the salts to dissolve in the water while you relax in the bath for at least 15-20 minutes. Breathe in the soothing aroma and enjoy the benefits of the salts.
