PAYMENT
All payments are due at checkout and can be made via Paypal, AfterPay, Shop Pay, Gift Card, Square or Debit/Credit Card.
SHIPPING
Processing and Shipping Times:
- Items will be shipped Monday through Friday.
- Current processing times range from 3 to 14 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
- Requests for order status updates within our processing times will not receive responses.
- To cancel an order, send a cancellation request to info@jalissashandmade.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
- Once shipped, orders are in the domain of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged orders.
- Contact us for concerns about late or lost packages.
Incorrect Addresses:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses or declined delivery will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
- We cannot guarantee seeing email updates for address changes, so please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.
PACKAGING INFORMATION
Product Packaging:
- Our products are carefully packaged to ensure their safe delivery to you.
- We use eco-friendly and sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.
Custom Packaging Requests:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate custom packaging requests at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- Customers are responsible for any custom fees, tariffs, or taxes in their country.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refund Policy:
- A 30-day refund policy is in place.
- Eligibility for a refund requires proof of a damaged or defective product.
- A one-time refund or replacement will be offered for damaged items; future damage must be addressed with the shipping carrier.

Product Variations:
- Our handmade products may have minor variations in appearance and packaging.
Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Melted/Deflated Products:
- During hotter months, some products may melt or deflate, certain products such as Body Butters, Hair Butter, Whipped Soaps, and Washes are susceptible to melting. Refrigerate or allow the product to re-solidify for 30 minutes to an hour.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
- Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
- Refund requests for gift cards cannot be processed.
Exchanges:
- We do not accept exchange requests.
Refunds:
- Refunds, upon proof of defectiveness/damage, will be issued within 5-10 business days.
